The goal is to provide to its clients a customized recruitment solution.

The selection of candidates that Gesper proposes is carried out by senior consultants with a first-hand experience in the field they are recruiting for or who have already in the past recruited personnel for companies with similar activities.

Gesper may take part if requested by it client in analysing and defining the criteria that lead to the job description for the proposed position.

Its research missions range from specialized managers to business leaders of public sector or private companies.

One of Gesper characteristic is that every client may, if they wish so, commission other head hunters for the same position, so there is no exclusivity contract.
