  • Gesper makes sure to support and keep informed both the client and candidates throughout all the steps of the mission.

  • As a consulting firm in Recruitment, Gesper ensures compliance with the principles of equal opportunity and non-discrimination in hiring

  • Each application, be it spontaneous or in response to a job posting, is studied by a consultant and systematically replied to.

  • Gesper is tracking the integration of candidates who are recruited by its clients to ensure the conditions for their success.

  • Gesper is commited to informing candidates about the role of the firm and the expected process of the recruitement.

  • Confidentiality and discretion about candidates, including towards the client (if required by the candidate) is guaranteed.

  • The candidate is informed if Gesper decides to not submit his application to the client.

  • Gesper is committed to communicate with the candidate after its recruitment to facilitate adjustment problems, if any, during the probationary period.

  • The application form seen on a mission is never revealed without presenting the issue of the new proposal to the candidate and receiving its permission to do so.

  • No application form is sent without the consent of the selected candidates.

  • In general, no confidential or nominative information about candidates is communicated.
